Added Bronson History:   Dick Foley who was on the Bronson at the time

stated that on the second trip to the Pacific Theatre of Operations during WWII

Cmdr. James A. Marks became the Capt. of the Bronson.  Apparently, he wa

not well like by the crew as soon as he came aboard.  He was Capt. of the

USS Hull DD350, a Farragut-Class Destroyer, which was one of the three

destroyers that capsized during a typhoon in Dec. 1944.  Dick recommends

we read "Down to the Sea" by Bruce Henderson,  The book tells what

Capt. Marks was really like.
